Steve Zavilla

Steve has owned and operated Advantage Home Inspection Service, Inc. in the Denver Metro area since 1991. Steve personally performs all of the home inspections and has performed over 13,000 inspections.
He has been a two term president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI and served on various committees during his tenure with ASHI.
Before moving to home inspections, Steve was a contractor and superintendent, building numerous commercial buildings in addition to hundreds of homes. He held building licenses and supervisor licenses in the metro area.

Sue handles all of the administrative duties associated with a home inspection business.
